4.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases of streamate Credits are final and non-refundable. Once Credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or credited back to your payment method under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a broadcaster's performance, technical issues on the user's end, or account termination due to a violation of these Terms.
4.3 Chargebacks and Fraud
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims with your credit card company or payment provider for legitimate purchases made on streamate. If we detect a chargeback or fraudulent payment, your account will be immediately permanently banned, and we reserve the right to take legal action to recover lost funds and associated fees.
4.4 Billing Descriptor
